Bart was very efficient, friendly, and explained step by step the process for my service. It only took about one hour - half. Bart went over all the paperwork with me and checked me out and got me on my way. I was made to feel like a valued customer by everyone that I came in contact with at the Service Department. More

Having recently moved to the area and as a first time Crown Acura customer I was curious to know how Crown would stack up versus the other Acura dealerships I have used. John and his team were great. They gave me a detailed estimate (prior to beginning any work), provided timely updates while I waited, and even took the time to follow-up with me the next day to make sure I was totally satisfied with the work. Bottom line: I would not hesitant to take a vehicle to Crown Acura for service, particularly when working with John Shaw. More

Wowed by Crown Acura AGAIN! John Shaw and the service team have done it again! My visit with the 2010 RDX I purchased almost 2 years ago used-certified needed the B1 service, whe John Shaw and the service team have done it again! My visit with the 2010 RDX I purchased almost 2 years ago used-certified needed the B1 service, when I scheduled it was projected to take 2 hours, I was out of there with car vacuumed and washed in less than 1 1/2 hour. Barely time to check in with John and visit with Chris D who was at his desk early- he sold me the car which I love in great part because the Crown Acura folks are so pleasant to work with. Leadership give these folks a pat on the back...a raise if possible! More
