Crown Acura has always been great with the service on my MDX. Steven Lessard is very helpful with my service, always there when I need unscheduled service. I've been taking my car to Crown Acura for about five years. In that time John and the rest of the serive staff have treated me with respect and have taken great care of my 1999 Integra. They explain all the details and the pricing is fair. I especially appreciate that they provide a loaner car to drive if my repair will take more than a few hours to complete. Representatives are knowledlgeable and helpful. Service was scheduled promptly and completed quickly. John helped to make sure that I received available discounts for the services I requested even though was scheduled promptly and completed quickly. I felt valued and will return to Crown at the end of my lease term...even though I did not sign with this location. Oh, and I received a complimentary car wash. More

Steve has consistently made me feel like the only customer the Crown Acura has. He is extremely professional and friendly. I can not say enough good things about the service I recieved. Brian and Steve both assisted me and were thorough and patient as well as polite! Brian and Steve not only took care of my car - they were able to find and fix things that I forgot to mention. I experienced some distatste for a certain employees customer service but the high standards that Larry and Randy as well as Crown Acura as a Company believe in, ultimately won me over as a customer for a second time. No need to get into details as just the simple acknowledgement of my issue being of great importance to them was enough to wipe away any possible blemish that I might of carried with me. BRIAN WENT TO BAT FOR ME WITH THE MANUFACTURERS REP TO GET MY TRANSMISSION REPLACED AT A HUGE DISCOUNT. JOHN ALWAYS TAKES GOOD CARE OF ME. HE GETS ME IN AND OUT QUICKLY. hE IS ALWAYS DOING HIS BEST TO SAVE ME MONEY. A while ago I had my job eliminated due to Medicare reimbursement cuts. Obiviously loosing my job and everything I didn't have the money and John worked with me on it so that I could get the service work done at a reduced amount. He always makes me feel like I am a very special customer. He is the only one at the dealership that I will deal with. More
