I am in Clearwater for an extended vacation. My Acura MDX gave me a warning”Problem with Transmission and blind spot inactive. John Shaw the Assistant Service Manager met me and very professiona My Acura MDX gave me a warning”Problem with Transmission and blind spot inactive. John Shaw the Assistant Service Manager met me and very professionally informed me that I would need to leave my car overnight. We chatted a bit more and he asked if I had time to wait around for a little bit. “Let me squeeze you in, I have an idea” So we waited and soon he informed me that it was not a serious issue, that the sensors had been reset and that my car was safe and reliable. He tried to not sell me a battery but, since modern batteries tend to give you no warning and that my battery was three years old, I decided to replace it. John was absolutely amazing, helpful and entertaining. Just a great experience under the circumstances. More
