My recent service visit was exceptional since I had a battery issue and my care wouldn't start and they fit me in ahead of schedule to do the service on my electrical system to keep my car running and ge battery issue and my care wouldn't start and they fit me in ahead of schedule to do the service on my electrical system to keep my car running and get me back on the road. Since my battery was under warranty, I received that work at no cost and I only had to pay for a needed oil change. They always do a complete check on the vehicles they service and they assured me that I had no other problems pending or otherwise. All of this comes with a complimentary vehicle cleaning. Bart provides excellent and timely service and as always Crown creates an excellent value on the work they perform. Thanks again Crown Acura for a great experience with Bart and the team. More

I had to come by Crown Acura without an apartment because my RDX Acura was having difficulty starting. Fortunately, it was only my battery that needed replacement so I waited for a short period of time while my RDX Acura was having difficulty starting. WE all know that there’s nothing more important than honesty and integrity in the auto service industry and Bart Bartley at Crown Acura service department owned it. Bart is my service advisor and he is always very professional and helpful when I come in for service. This is a great dealership and the service department is excellent. More
