Very thorough review over concerns I had with my vehicle. Sales and Service worked together on my issue and took me to see other equivalent vehicles to demonstrate that what I have is exactly as others have. More

Today was my first visit for my MDX maintenance check. I was a bit worried knowing that these things can take all day. But from the time I walked in the door Mr. John Shaw in the customer service department was a bit worried knowing that these things can take all day. But from the time I walked in the door Mr. John Shaw in the customer service department made sure to 1. Make me feel at home 2. Treat me as a valued customer and 3. Have me in and out within 45mins. This was a free service that was being done and John treated me as if I had just bought the car lot. I will always request him moving forward. With over 25 years of experience it showed that he knows how to value his customers. Thank you John and Crown Acura for making this the BEST dealership experience I have ever had. More
