This morning I stopped in to Crown Acura as I had a warning signal on my dashboard that prevented me from being able to control my air conditioning, radio, and other nobs on the dashboard. Julia greeted me and welcomed me to Acura and also taught me what to do in the future to deal with a car that can't start due to battery issues. He pointed out the knob that controls my ability to put the car in neutral as well as showed me how to update the dashboard. He was extremely helpful and I didn't have an appointment. I love great customer service, and Julian always helps me when I stop in. Thank you for the great service and support. He also told me that road side service may pick up the charge for the battery due to a faulty battery so he directed me to call their 800 number to inquire further. THANK YOU for your support, as always. It's tremendous and I do enjoy having great support as you can't expect it these days. It's sad to think that, but it's true. More

I was having warning lights appearing on my RLX Acura and contacted Bart Bartley in the service department. He had the car in immediately and telephoned me once they had a chance to determine the problem. Th contacted Bart Bartley in the service department. He is professional and courteous every time I bring the vehicle in for service. Its always nice to have a professional take care of the problem. More

Top-Notch Facility and Service Julian Bitar was my service provider and kept me informed throughout the process. August 4, 2020 Today I took my MDX to Clearwater Crown Acura. My usual service rep was not available so I had a rep I had not seen before. I have been going to this dealership for the last 20 years. Bart Acura. My usual service rep was not available so I had a rep I had not seen before. I have been going to this dealership for the last 20 years. Bart Bartley had one of my problems fixed before I even asked him about fixing it. My right front tire had been leaking air for about 3 weeks. No one could seem to find the problem. Bart had the tire checked out and a nail was found in the middle of the tire, causing the leak. The leak was repaired. I thought I was having a problem with the running lights and Bart went through all the lights, getting in and out of the car each time, showing me what lights should be on at each setting. The car had been washed and Bart personally dried off spots that had been missed. The car looked like new when I left. He also did the check out process himself. Bart does a great job from start to finish. He does it all! I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone! Joyce A. Fawell More

I just purchased my 6th Acura from Crown Acura, a 2020 RDX. From day one, I have had the amazing good fortune of working with John Shaw as my service advisor. I honestly cannot say enough good things about John. His professionalism, expertise, diligence, expansive knowledge, and outstanding level of customer service are second to none! He is readily accessible when needed and strives to do his best for the customer in all situations. Plus, he is also such a nice guy, fun to talk to, and always has a smile on his face! John's extra efforts to assist the customer consistently go above and beyond. And as the service department is typically the ongoing face of an organization, John epitomizes all that is right in this crazy world and I thank God for him! John truly is an asset to Crown Acura and, in large part, the reason why I keep coming back to Crown for all my cars!
