Tire Service I brought my vehicle in to repair a nail in the tire and ended up buying a new tire. I knew I had purchased a "Tire Warranty", but I could not find t I brought my vehicle in to repair a nail in the tire and ended up buying a new tire. I knew I had purchased a "Tire Warranty", but I could not find the paperwork. John Shaw, was able to find my warranty paperwork online immediately and it was a whirlwind after that getting it fixed! He had a new tire ordered and ready for me the very next day, had it on, balanced and ready to go in no time. John was very mindful of keeping me up to date on the progress of my repair. I always enjoy working with John as he always greets me with a great smile, he has a patient demeanor and always gets me back on the road as efficiently as possible.
