Excellent service! Excellent Service is something I always receive when my TSX tells me it's time to head to Crown Acura in Clearwater. And providing Valet Pick Up and Excellent Service is something I always receive when my TSX tells me it's time to head to Crown Acura in Clearwater. And providing Valet Pick Up and Delivery Service is an outstanding addition to the Service protocol. I wish that this element could stay in place even after this difficult time for people like me who live alone and still work so it's difficult to drop off the car and leave work early to retrieve it once the service is complete. Bart Bartley has taken care of my vehicle for 10 years and I trust his advice for what needs to be done and John Shnepp, the Service Manager, , is always accommodating. I highly recommend Crown Acura Clearwater for sales and especially for service. More

The first person that smile at me when I walked into Crown Acura was John Shaw. Little did I know he was the person I was coming to see. My Acura needed a oil change and the A/C needed some work.
