I think I have the most considerate Service Advisor there is, We are all in this crazy Covid-19 pandemic but I needed to have service done on my vehi I think I have the most considerate Service Advisor there is, We are all in this crazy Covid-19 pandemic but I needed to have service done on my vehicle. I was apprehensive about getting this done but also knew it was needed. John greeted me although socially distanced, with a big smile and reassurance that every CDC recommendation was being followed. John even wiped down a pen and once my vehicle was ready, he walked me to it and then wiped down my door handle and steering wheel! Crown Acura is truly a class act as is John Shaw. Fabulous emergency service! Was preparing to return to Canada after 2 months in Florida. 2 days before our departure the alternator on our RDX failed and we were left dead on the Was preparing to return to Canada after 2 months in Florida. 2 days before our departure the alternator on our RDX failed and we were left dead on the side of the road. I had spoken to Julian earlier that day about an indicator on the dash so when we broke down I immediately phoned him. He was amazing. He made arrangements for the car to towed to the dealership and then had the work classified as emergency which some one working on it asap. He then expedited the shipping of the replacement alternator. After all of this we were on our way home on;y one day late.Through the entire process he kept us fully advised as to what was going on and what the final timing would be. He made what could have been a horrid experience into one which was simply an inconvenience. Great work!! More
