Mr. Lane was very helpful and professional while going over the needs of my car. He gave me a detailed printout of exactly what needs to be repaired or replaced as a priority and explained it. He also informed the that he did not rotate my tires because they needed to be replaced nor will he charge me for the service. Now I appreciate his honesty because some would have charged me and sent me on my way.
