I worked with Bart Bartley and from my first phone call to all of the service required, Bart was a pleasure to work with and was extremely customer-focused and service-minded. It really felt less of a transactional business relationship and more of a service-minded and service-focused relationship. I have heard it said that the sales team of a car dealership will sell you your first car, but the service team will sell you your next 5 cars. That is absolutely true and while of course Acura makes an amazing vehicle, it is the service levels from team members like Bart Bartley that will make me come back again. He did a great job and is an ambassador for the Acura brand. I appreciated his friendliness, his knowledge, how helpful and fair he was, his communication, and again the high level of excellence in which he delivered service. I felt that Bart was really looking out for my best interest with the various items for the vehicle. All of the issues with the vehicle were fixed in wonderful fashion as well of course. I'm a teacher and during the first week of school I had issues with my car failing to start correctly. I called the service department to tell John my concerns. Without skipping a beat, John told me to bring in my car and he'd check it out. It turns out that I needed a new battery. John squeezed me into the service schedule after he quickly diagnosed my car problem. It was a busy day, so I know this was no easy task. John was calm and so friendly even when I was concerned about finding a way of fitting me in. I wish all my service experiences were this exceptional! It seems harder and harder to find employees who are as dedicated to customer service as John Shaw is. Thank you, John, for caring about my problem, my time and my comfort.
