Excellent Customer Service I had the pleasure and immense good fortune of meeting and working with John Shaw, at Crown Acura, since I purchased my very first Acura Integra in 19 I had the pleasure and immense good fortune of meeting and working with John Shaw, at Crown Acura, since I purchased my very first Acura Integra in 1995. Between John and my wonderful salesman, Tom Loesch (now retired), I was very impressed with their professionalism and outstanding customer service, and I had the most pleasurable car buying experience of my life. Who knew that buying a car could be no pressure and fun?!! I never had that experience prior to Crown Acura. Buick Oil Change I took my 2012 Buick Enclave in for an oil change. I was greeted by Trevor a lot attendant and escorted to Logan Lane - who handled the rest of the I took my 2012 Buick Enclave in for an oil change. I was offered a water and a comfortable place to sit while my car was being taken care of. I was also offered a tire rotation.
