John has been my long-standing Service Advisor and is always terrific and ensures quality work and a thorough inspection whether it’s a routine scheduled maintenance or an unexpected issue that needs to be addressed. My visit on 1 February 2019 is a perfect example of the professionalism John and the Crown team are renowned for. It began as a routine maintenance appointment (oil change/tire rotation) but a tire sensor light thought to be faulty in fact revealed a large screw puncture in front left tire. Also, further inspection revealed a battery on its last gasp. Thanks to John and the mechanics I avoided getting stuck somewhere in the next few days either with a flat tire or a dead battery. THANK YOU John!! Fantastic customer service and expertise. John’s fabulous. And always looks to provide quality service with an equally fair and cost-conscious price. Pure professionals Had intermittent electric problem car would not start periodically. I left car at Crown and they tested daily for 3 days, but car started every time. Had intermittent electric problem car would not start periodically. I left car at Crown and they tested daily for 3 days, but car started every time. Bart B (service rep) said they tested car and it checked out fine and until the car refused to start there was not much they could do. I picked up the car and next morning it refused to start. I had car towed to Crown, tech checked it out and successfully diagnosed and intermittent problem with the neutral gear start switch. Crown worked tirelessly for 3 days then found and fixed the switch. Great job by Crown, Bart B and tech. Thanks so much it was a pleasure to work with a gt and up of pros. More
