incredible service and piece of mind Just recently I had a situation where my car had to be towed to Crown Acura. My service adviser John Shaw was quick to get back with me and my car was ready 24 hours later. New starter, battery, tires alignment and radiator hoses replaced. As a woman with a disability, I always get nervous at car appointments, but everything was easy and quite smooth, which I really appreciate! I made my appointment online and had indicated that I would need a rental car, John Shaw was my service rep for my recent trip to get my MDX serviced. I made my appointment online and had indicated that I would need a rental car, and John had the car ready and waiting for me and all of the paperwork ready for check in. I was in and out quickly. John kept me apprised of the status of my car while it was being worked on, and he was very responsive when I left a message on his voicemail. When my car was ready for pickup, I was pleasantly surprised to find that John had been working hard behind the scenes to save me money on my repair bill. Bart was exceedingly courteous, professional and knowledgeable, keeping me informed of the on-going status and cost of the repairs. The repairs were completed well withing the time he had provided as an estimate. It was a pleasant experience. When I purchased the vehicle in late 2017, Richard Morris was the sales person, and he could not have been more pleasant. The icing on the cake ended up being the intervention of his son, Dan Morris, who facilitated the sale to my complete satisfaction.
