The Customer Service has really diminished at this dealership. My advisor was not the least concerned about communicating with me. My car required a part that was on backorder and whenever I called dealership. My advisor was not the least concerned about communicating with me. My car required a part that was on backorder and whenever I called for an update he did not come to the phone. He had the service department receptionist relay messages to me that there was no ETA on the part. They made me feel as though I was bothering them. He did not keep me informed on the status of my repair or the part being ordered and I was constantly told for almost 2 months that there was no ETA on the part. I ended up having my car towed to another establishment for repairs. However, the day I picked up my car from Crown I was informed by the advisor that the part had been received and was on the shelf. I paid the cost for the diagnosis and declined to have the part install because I was told it was causing problems in other cars. I purchased my car from Crown in 2010 and up until now have always received stellar customer service. Very Disappointed...... More
