Repaired wrong window & didn't repair the one with the probl Usually I receive very good service from Crown. On June 12, I brought in my 2005 Buick La Crosse for an oil & filter change and problems with my Usually I receive very good service from Crown. On June 12, I brought in my 2005 Buick La Crosse for an oil & filter change and problems with my driver side front and back windows. The front window operated intermittently and often would not close without repeatedly pressing the switch. The back window made a clucking sound and seemed to stick in place when opened. The service advisor, however, wrote up the ticket as the driver and passenger side windows. When the service advisor called the next day and asked for approval of the same part on two windows, I didn't think anything was problematic. When I picked up the car on June 14, I was surprised that both back side windows had been repaired and nothing had been done about the driver side window. . More

Recall I had a recall on my car for my airbags. I received a flyer in the mail stating that I could bring my car to any GM dealership and they would take car I had a recall on my car for my airbags. I received a flyer in the mail stating that I could bring my car to any GM dealership and they would take care of me. I brought my car to them on a Friday and I let them know my situation. They were very rude because I didn’t have an appointment. They told me they would order the part, which would take about 2 days, and then call me to bring my car in. I asked for a rental car and they told me to keep my car. I told them that I have a recall on my air bags and that it’s probably not safe to drive and they said they can’t do a rental with a recall. 2 weeks later they finally call me. I make an appointment for 8:15am and I asked how long it would take. She said 2 hours once they get to it. I was like what do you mean once they get to it. If I made an appointment for 8:15 they should take my car at 8:15. They told me the shop was backed up and that I could make an appointment for another day. I will not be bringing my car back to this dealership. The people were rude and I feel like I wasn’t taken seriously. I mean I had a recall on my airbag and they just wanted me to keep driving my car. What if I got in an accident. They had no concern for my safety. More
