Excellent attention to me and my Partner David and I had found the 2012 Ford Escape Limited, Beautiful Vehicle on Craig's List. We drove in our 2009 FORD Escape, after having had it Detailed. David and I had found the 2012 Ford Escape Limited, Beautiful Vehicle on Craig's List. We drove in our 2009 FORD Escape, after having had it Detailed. We came in ready to Buy and Trade if it was the Vehicle we thought it was, we knew the price was marked at a reasonable price. The Salesman that greeted US was Mr. John Lajb, he looked US in the eyes and asked if He could help US . He showed US the 2012 and He looked at our trade in that we are very proud of. After we all appreciated the great condition of both cars, He asked if we wanted to test drive the 2012. After a great drive and great comfortable conversation, He suggested we put Both cars up beside one another in front of the Showroom. After enjoying looking at both cars some more, David and I decided we wanted the 2012 IF WE could all come to a comfortable transaction. John said He would find out from the Dealer what they could offer US for the 2009. He said just enjoy and check out the 2012 while we waited. When He came back shortly WE went inside to see if we could make this happen. It was not an easy transaction for Us to get where I needed to be on the amount of the trade in price and the total amount for us to pay. We already had in mind that we would want to pay part in cash and finance a $100.00 payment. The process was difficult for me ,I at times was stern, at times upset with the trade in offer , and the amount of money it was going to cost us, long story short, as I sincerely reacted when John back with a way to work it out, He sincerely kept the communication on His side, without any upset or frustration. We got through the long hard process and was able to listen to John until we worked out to deal I felt good about. We have never been treated with the care and respect and patience the John was sincerely able to give. WE love the whole experience of being able to get the car we wanted after not thinking I could reach a transaction we would feel good about. Thank you John for making all the difference in helping US get our DREAM car, sincerely, and respectfully, Gary and David. More

Boyfriend needed to lease or buy a car at reasonable pricing My boyfriend had bad experiences in the past regarding leasing and buying cars and we were apprehensive to even go to a dealership. After meeting Ton My boyfriend had bad experiences in the past regarding leasing and buying cars and we were apprehensive to even go to a dealership. After meeting Tony Clouse we were no longer apprehensive. I was referred to Tony Clouse and found him to be caring, compassionate, concerned about the current financial situation and made sure we were given all information needed to make the right decision. He did not apply pressure, went that extra mile with undivided attention and wanted to be sure we were happy with our decision. After all these years, we finally found Tony, a salesman, that we can depend on to help us and we will refer other customers to him because he is an honest man, not looking out for himself, he looks out for his customers. I give him a 5 star rating which he so deserves. He has earned credibility from us from our first interaction with him and I rate him as Salesman of the Year. I would also like to give Robert Patterson a 5 star rating. He is the Sales Manager whom helped us make the deal. He also in my book is a caring, concerned manager whom puts his customers first not like other sales managers whom are for themselves. It makes a difference for the average persons life to deal with such quality people as stated above. More

Minor problem with front engine flapping noise at high speeds of 70 mph. Chris took notes of my problem and service mechanic "Owen" found problem with loose under carriage panels and secured. Thanks to both Chris and Owen for 10,000 lacrosse service and solving noise problem. Both fellows very helpful and professional. More
