Quite possibly the best experience ever. had a problem with my new car and everyone went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of properly. I have done business with many different Buick dealers with my new car and everyone went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of properly. I have done business with many different Buick dealers in my area. I am glad I drove over 30 miles passing 3 other Buick dealers to purchase my car here and equally glad to service it here. Had a noise in the steering. Tried several different fixes but eventually had to replace all steering components per corporate suggestion. Seems to have corrected the problem. I purchased the GMC Acadia in early March 2013.......the sales people were attentive and went out of their way to satisfy me...they even installed leather seats and a trailer hitch 2013.......the sales people were attentive and went out of their way to satisfy me...they even installed leather seats and a trailer hitch for my used model and got it al done in 2 days......wow now last week i had a oil change service due , it was part of the 2 year certified car package aka it cost me zero......but Harry Ossenberg took care as if I was paying top dollar for it .......they were flexible re the reservation, promptly met me at Service reception , completed the service in less than 90 minutes including a wash job !!!! then 2 days after i saw a warning light for " service air bag system " show up on my dash .....i called Harry he advised we get it fixed for my safety.........we made an appointment, i brought the car in , it was fixed ( broken wire ) and again washed in less than 90 minutes.........I told Harry and I say it again, this is my first Crown car , and " I am really enjoying my Crown experience " c well done all...........sincerely Roger Podwoski More

It was time for my car's service (oil change & checkup), and I scheduled my appointment very easily. Harry Ossenberg is a great service advisor, and always keeps you informed as to what's happening with my vehicle. This was the first time that I could also "stay and wait" for my car, instead of just leaving it. Your new showroom, and waiting area are beautiful, and is kept very clean. I also must say that service tech Owen Runacres is a great asset to your Buick dealership. I trust him "COMPLETELY" with my car, and always ask for him to service our cars. Any problems are identified and after obtaining authorization to proceed, the work is completed in an efficient and timely manner. Follow up for next service times are always provided as a guideline, and the discount coupons provided by Crown Motors/Buick are always appreciated. The waiting area and rest rooms are clean and well-maintained, and all staff are friendly and cordial. The Crown Buick service center provides excellent customer service. They are polite and in my experience honest about what maintenance may need to be performed on my vehicle and what may need to be customer service. I have been happy with the quality of work they provide and in the off chance that something wasn’t right they would stand behind their workmanship. The staff is friendly and I have seen them go out of their way to treat customers as VIP. My overall experience has been great – no complaints. Of course their pricing is a little higher than you can find at some other places but you have that security of knowing they have certified technicians working on your vehicle and they stand behind their work. The wife and I were treated well at Crown Buick and they fixed the problems we had. The 4 cylinder Terrain ran rough and rattled sometimes when first started. This problem was from day one. I didn't realized how rough it was running until Crown fixed it. I just thought it was because of the four cylinder engine. We where giving a nice loaner each time we were there. I do have a concern about the Terrain having so many problems! >1. Seat adjustment. >2. Lift gate actuator. >3. Timing chain, tensioner, 2 valves and etc. We told the dealership where we bought the Terrain about our concerns, but were never addressed More
