All things being equal, the brand new state-of-the-art showroom/service department makes the wait much more bearable. I had my Pontiac Vibe towed in to replace a bad starter and had Harry assigned to cover my case. The quoted price for a new GM starter ended up being higher than for a Toyota starter (as the Vibe is essentially a Matrix - labor was the same cost at both dealerships), so I decided to take the car elsewhere for service. STILL, Harry related that he understood completely, and also managed to get the car started so that I didn't have to pay to have it towed to the Toyota dealership! I was unbelievably impressed with my overall experience, and will be bringing my Vibe back for maintenance service. I'd highly recommend Harry and Crown. More
