I have been a Buick owner for a few years now. I purchased two Encores from Sparky. A very good salesman who is very helpful. However, my experience with your maintenance department gives me conce I purchased two Encores from Sparky. A very good salesman who is very helpful. However, my experience with your maintenance department gives me concerns. Things don't seem the same. I am not sure what it is, although your service personnel are helpful with small items that could turn into large problems, but something is different. Getting rides home, long waits for repairs, items not put back in place, and billing prices leaves me uncomfortable. Maybe a review of communications and procedures are needed.
