Once you offered a loaner car and I dropped my car off everything went great. But getting to that point was a time consuming frustrating experience. I had to work my way up the chain of responsibility until I found someone who could actually help me. More
The lady who help me was wonderful. However, I stood in front of the two people on the right and neither acknowledged me. Also, when the lady gave the man my key to get my vehicle. When she walked passed me to go back inside she didn’t even apologize for the delay for holding them up. She just walked by.
