The staff are very friendly and courteous, and the service techs do an excellent job of maintaining my vehicle. I would definitely recommend Crown Buick to anyone looking for their next vehicle. Horrible experience! ! I drive a 2024 Terrain that is having issues with the radio malfunctioning. On 06/05/2024 the radio was on but not functioning and wouldn’t turn off ! I drive a 2024 Terrain that is having issues with the radio malfunctioning. On 06/05/2024 the radio was on but not functioning and wouldn’t turn off when the vehicle was turned off. It finally turned off after 1 1/2 hours. This was the third radio glitch on a vehicle that’s less than a year old. I called Crown the next day and was told the only option is to leave the vehicle, at Crown, but they couldn’t look at it until 06/18/2024 and they were out of loner vehicles. I explained I live in MS and can’t be without my vehicle because I need it to get to Oncology. I asked if they could provide the next available service appointment date so I could bring the vehicle then and was told no, their policy is I must leave the vehicle so it can wait for the next available appointment. Nobody mentioned the Saturday first come/serve option until I asked about Saturday appointments. I was told they could do my oil change and would diagnose the radio issue to see if parts needed to be ordered. I arrived Saturday at 6:45 am and was number eight in line. The service representative was a jack xxx! He refused to view the video I had of the radio malfunctioning on 06/05:2024 stating they only had one radio guy and he wasn’t there. I tried to explain that I was told to bring it in and had driven from MS, but he kept cutting me off. He asked where in MS I was from and replied he was from Diamondhead, MS and I needed to find a dealer in MS. My dashcam was plugged in and records audio/video to an app. He immediately unplugged it which made me very suspicious of what he was hiding. I told another employee to tell him to not touch the radio because I didn’t feel comfortable with a Crown employee touching it considering the issue I had experienced. The customer lounge was packed and I have a weak immune system due to having cancer. Therefore I sat outside, in the table/chairs, in the service area, and walked the lot. Another customer and I had a conversation about what a xxxxxxx he had been to her. She said he was charging her $699.00 for her 60,000 mile service then had just told her it would be another $399.00. I explained that was too high so she went into the service office to talk to him and overheard him tell the African American female employee that I was a problem and to watch out for me. I spoke with General Sales Manager, Todd Leaumont, but he just said what he thought I needed to hear to get me out of his office. I explained I can’t leave the vehicle because I need the vehicle to get to Oncology but his only option was to leave it until 06/18/2024. He claimed he could find me another vehicle to use but at that point my trust in Crown had been broken so I’m not leaving my vehicle. When I got back in my vehicle the dash cam was plugged back in and the lights had been moved from automatic to regular. I had a huge village of people, back home, waiting to find out how my service experience was. My previous vehicle was totaled in an accident. My village held a meeting to figure out what dealership to visit. People had asked around and Crown kept coming up. They were upset that the service was so bad because the sales experience had been wonderful. It’s been a week and nobody Crown has followed up to see if the radio has had another issue. More
