Went in for an oil change and it took 2 hours. The service department is extremely slow and there is very little communication. If you don't go check, nobody will update you. On 6/6 I hit a landscape timber on I-610 right after the car in front of me went over it. No time to do anything other than run over it too but it was bouncing at that point. I had frozen food from grocer car in front of me went over it. No time to do anything other than run over it too but it was bouncing at that point. I had frozen food from grocery so I went the rest of the 4 miles home to find significant damage. Called State Farm, asked them to tow to you for repairs. I was having surgery on 6/8. You got my car late on 6/6 or early 6/7. The only communication I have is the bill pay notice from Crown and this email for a survey. On Monday 6/12, I tried to find my car at Crown. Body Shop said not here, it’s in Service. So I left a message in Service with my information and my phone numbers for a return call to learn about my car. NO RETURN CALL WAS RECEIVED. On Tuesday 6/13, I got an email from KDauzat that thanked me for my payment. On Wednesday 6/14, I emailed KDauzat to request info on the service planned for my damaged car. It’s Thursday 6/15 and I’m still waiting. More
