I could not be more satisfied with the service I received at Crown with our Yukon XL. It developed an unforeseen but known engine problem that occurred right at the wrong time, and we were very worried about at Crown with our Yukon XL. Scott Sparks and the management did not have to help us, but they did as they stand by their customers and helped my family through a difficult time. Up until recently Crown was the first place I would bring my Enclave for service, HOWEVER, this last visit for vehicle Recall service has me now somewhat reluctant. First I've been waiting for feels like better part of a year waiting for recall notification to bring my vehicle in for recall correction, because one of the issues involved deals with a dash light for seat belts....all this time waiting & talking with various "advisors", when my wife does bring the car in, one of the techs tells her after working on it that even though the recall is for seat belt correction, "the seat belt light remains on because of something not related to what was fixed that day. It's been two weeks @ this point, & to think I actually thought i would have been contacted by Mgnt., because this is NOT the first survey I was asked to do. More
