friendly and very helpful I own a 2014 xts, I was parked in a store parking lot,when I got home a noticed someone hit my passenger side front fender leaving a dent over my whee I own a 2014 xts, I was parked in a store parking lot,when I got home a noticed someone hit my passenger side front fender leaving a dent over my wheel.I took the car to get a couple of estimates which I thought was way out line. I then decided to bring my car to the dealer where I was helped by Freddy who works in the service department he ask if I could wait around because it was the day their dent guy was coming in and he would look at it to see if he could fix it. Freddy let me know when he got there and kept me informed of what was going on every step of the way. When the job was done Freddy came to get me with a big smile on his face and said I think you will be happy. Needless to say I was very happy NO MORE DENT! Freddy Baez is the Best! More
