TY then took over with my repair needs. My car was repaired that day and even cleaned when I picked it up. This dealer was light years ahead of any other repair shop I have been to. I was looking for a larger suv than my Chevrolet Tracker, one that whould be big and comfortable enough to transport me, my spouse, and my dog hundreds of miles. Kirsten talked me into coming and testing driving a Jeep. I had never driven a Chrysler product because my family has always been General Motors die hards. I'm glad I went to Crown that day because I met the nicest sales people I have ever delt with. They didn't make me feel like they were out to get a sale they made me feel like they really wanted to help me find what I was looking and I found it in a Jeep Grand Cherokee. I love it. More

I originally went to another dealer to look at the Nitro and ended up at Crown because Kadi Cika contacted me regarding an email request sent through the website. The one thing that truly sold me was her demonstration of the features and benefits of the Nitro. She went out of her way to make my experience a pleasant one, with no high pressure tactics. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable. I worked with her sales manager, Neal, as well and was very pleased with his attitude and helpfulness. It was obvious that Crown offers what many businesses are lacking, and that is customer service. The day I purchased my Nitro I also ordered an accessory which was promptly delivered.
