I was promised a full detail for buying the car so I brought it back for the detail and was told it would only take an hour, after an hour went by I was told it was still going to be a couple more hours brought it back for the detail and was told it would only take an hour, after an hour went by I was told it was still going to be a couple more hours, which was fine; it was 10am at this point, I brought it in at 9am, I had someone pick me up and bring me back at the time he said it would be done, he said it would be done by 1. I said that’s fine bc i have to be gone by 2 to pick up my little girl from school. I got there and my salemans went to check on the car, it’s been 30 minutes and my salesman still didn’t hasn’t came back, so I ask for a manger and nobody would let me talk to one, they just kept saying “well what can I do to help” so a young lady said “I’ll go check on your car” 5 minutes goes by and she drives up with it her and the salesman inside, they jumped out the car and told me it still wasn’t finished. I said after 4 1/2 hours your still not done? I was told it would only take an hour, he said I’m not sure who told you that bc it takes at least 2 hours, I said well it’s been 4 and I got her right when you open so you see the issue right? After going back and forth for a minute he asked if they could keep the car and drive it to my house when they were finished with the detail. I finally agreed. He just dropped off my vehicle after it being gone from 9am to 4pm and it is STILL not cleaned. After wasting my entire day on something they promised in order to make a sale and it’s still not done right. I will not recommend to anyone nor will I ever buy a car here again.
