The staff is always very courteous and tries to be helpful. There is a significant wait time involved here due to staffing issues. Unfortunately, in this post-covid world there are not enough service helpful. There is a significant wait time involved here due to staffing issues. Unfortunately, in this post-covid world there are not enough service technicians or advisors so wait times are significantly prolonged. Dusty Angland is always very friendly and is truly interested in your concerns and does his best to try to remedy them. I appreciate his attention to the customer and his willingness to do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. I had a warranty repair done on this last visit. It did take a relatively long time to replace the door handle (even though you can watch a YouTube video where it is done in 2 minutes) but that's not the service advisor's fault. Dusty Angland is an asset to the company and I would recommend his services to anyone in need of help at Crown Autos. More
