Ou My husband and I had been looking for a specific auto for months. We found what we were looking for at Crown Chrysler Dodge Jeep Chattanooga, TN. Our sales person, Kregg Ware, was knowledgeable on the product and what was available. But, much more than that he was customer friendly in his attention to details. Buying a vehicle is a process. Kregg made it a pleasant experience. We got the financing a bit better than we were looking for and the vehicle ready sooner then we thought it would be. Kregg even transferred all of our belongings from the old vehicle to the new vehicle and took all my doodads off my old key ring and put them on the new one! Kregg is an all around great guy! This is our second car from Crown and they never disappoint. We were actually in the dealership for an oil change on our Jeep Wrangler. I have been toying with the idea of getting a truck for years and Kregg was there smiling and happy to answer any and all questions that I had. Even when I said that I wasn't looking to buy, just trying to do some fact finding, he hung with me with his winning attitude and helped me every step of the way. Not only did he end up answering my questions, but he ended up (after 3 different tries) finding the perfect truck for my situation. A kicking tires during an oil change became walking out with the perfect truck and the perfect situation. He made it happen and I'm so glad. More
