Excellent customer service I had a recall on my 2015 RAM 1500 regarding the tailgate. Even though I knew the service would be free because it was concerning a recall, I was stil I had a recall on my 2015 RAM 1500 regarding the tailgate. Even though I knew the service would be free because it was concerning a recall, I was still hesitant to entrust my truck to a dealer, because of past experiences with OTHER dealers. I was very impressed with CROWN RAM. Jason Maneke was very professional and courteous. Larry exceeds expectations I recently had service done on a 3/4 ton truck and had some issues. Larry not only addressed these problems, he brought solutions.
