Customer Service The dealership really needs to address the issues with folks answering the telephone. It took 4 calls today to get to the service dept. Combined time The dealership really needs to address the issues with folks answering the telephone. It took 4 calls today to get to the service dept. Combined time for the 4 calls was approximately 50 minutes with the fourth call being 37 minutes on hold. Once I got to a person, 5 minutes to schedule service. My service rep, Jeff Honeycutt, was absolutely great. More

Love my Fiat!! I went to the Crown lot looking specifically for a Fiat cabrio and I got a Fiat cabrio! Trevor was easy to work with and very responsive. He let me I went to the Crown lot looking specifically for a Fiat cabrio and I got a Fiat cabrio! Trevor was easy to work with and very responsive. He let me test drive several models to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and then he worked with the Sales Mgr, Larry, to get me the best deal they could offer.
