Recall waiting I made an appointment for my Jeep to get the recalled part changed. I pulled up to the service center and a friendly Jeep representative came out and I made an appointment for my Jeep to get the recalled part changed. I pulled up to the service center and a friendly Jeep representative came out and got the information to fix the part. He told me it would be 30-45 minutes. I was excited. So I waited in the sparse but comfortable waiting area. He came back to let me know that the part was ordered and I was safe to drive my Jeep until the part came in. So what I thought was the service center fixing the recalled part turned into just checking it. They needed my VIN but they could have gotten that over the phone. It would be 5 stars if they had. I will have to clear my schedule to make another trip down there. More
