2016 Charger R/T Starting with my salesman Brandon Herrera. He was a very nice young man. He never pressured me to make the sale. I went in with my financing. They offered me an extended warranty if I financed with them. I didn't want them plug my credit report for multiable banks. They said just one bank. They got me the same deal my gave me plus the extended warranty. I took there deal. This was the first sale Brandon made. About 3 days after I got the car it started to smoke on start up this was on a Sunday so I waited till Tuesday when I had an appointment to get my extra key fob made. I showed Brandon a start up video of it smoking. He directed me to the people I needed to talk to. We got a service appointment set up. On the day of the appointment as we were getting the car checked in discusion came up about a deductable. I still have over 20,000 miles left on the factory warranty. I also had rock chips that were to be fixed ut I had to go through the sales dept for that. So I went to the sales office for the wind shield and to ask about the warranty. The person I found first was the G.M. Lance Dowdy. I told him what was going on with the car and the issue of the deductable. He said the car was still under warranty and I wuoldn't have to pay any thing. He went to the service dept then came back and talked to me. He said they would take care of everything. They set me up with a rental car and he introduced me to Larry Dales the shop forman. He took care of things there on out. He kept me informed on what was going on with the car, and he responded promptly to my 100 questions over the next 2 weeks. They ended up replacing valve seals, lifters, the windshield and fixed the rear arm rest. They even did the recall that needed to be done. Now the car runs like it should. The service I got was the best. More
