Had a recall on 09 Challenger air bag. I live in the boonies in Virginia, but my folks are in Chattanooga. I set up the recall to be done while on a trip down. Fast, honest, great deal I went to Crown because they had a truck that met what I was looking for in a tow vehicle for my camper. This was the first vehicle I have purchased I went to Crown because they had a truck that met what I was looking for in a tow vehicle for my camper. This was the first vehicle I have purchased from them. I would go back and highly recommend them. I was treated fairly and with respect. I was offered a fair value for my trade, and they still allowed me to deduct all the available rebates and discounts. I didn't notice my new truck had a small scratch, the dealership people caught it when they cleaned the truck for me. They pointed it out and planned with me to bring it back for repair. Alex was very helpful and professional. He took time with me after the sale was finished to be sure I understood all the features of the truck. Thanks Crown! More
