“LETS BUILD YOUR UNICORN!” I have been looking for a particular 2018 dodge challenger scat pack for about a year. I had been to multiple dealerships but with no success . I I have been looking for a particular 2018 dodge challenger scat pack for about a year. I had been to multiple dealerships but with no success . I had gotten so desperate to find my unicorn I started filling out questionnaires online . Not long after I filled out a questionnaire a sales consultant named Eddie Bartlett called me. I was so frustrated I handed my phone to my husband . My husband told Eddie what I was looking for. Eddie told my husband to come into the dealership and we will see what we can do . We went to the dealership and I told Eddie exactly what I wanted in my car.. after looking himself and could not find it he pulled his manager in as well . We were sitting in his office and He said it is just not out there but one thing we can do is build your unicorn ! So to make a long story short... Eddie Bartlett built my unicorn and within A little over two months, I received my 2019 dodge challenger scat pack with everything I wanted and more for the same price that I would have paid for the 2018 that I had been looking for for almost a year. This was a very personal car for me and i am so grateful for the Time Eddie spent with me. I will send all my friends and relatives to him because he is awesome!! More

A great encounter! I was warmly greeted at the door upon entry @ Crown Chrysler. The young man I was to meet had a conflict and I ended up with Frank as my salesman. I really appreciated that he asked questions but did not try to convince me of a sale. He answered all my questions and was very personable during the entire time. The manager, Lee, as very courteous and worked with me and the staff to meet my needs. Even as I had some idea that the car I had requested met my needs, it was a pleasure to be assured of the condition of the auto. Thanks Crown! More

Crown saves the day! So I just bought a brand new Jeep renegade last Monday and yesterday I was getting on the interstate when I had a flat tire.. I knew I had an air pump So I just bought a brand new Jeep renegade last Monday and yesterday I was getting on the interstate when I had a flat tire.. I knew I had an air pump but had no idea what I was doing so I called the super nice gentleman that sold me the car and told him what had happened.. less then 10 mins Terry is where at my car trying to pump up my tire.. unfortunately it was a bad flat and couldn’t be pumped up. So he takes me to the dealership where he gets me in contact with a tow service free of charge and then sets me up in a courtesy car until my car was ready.. my car was ready this morning first thing! I love this dealership and how personable they are with every client! Definitely recommended Crown and everyone should go see Terry! More
