Great dealership experience with a professional serviceman! I was recently contacted by Chrysler Corporation regarding my vehicle, Chrysler 300, needed a factory recall issue fixed & I would need to contact a l I was recently contacted by Chrysler Corporation regarding my vehicle, Chrysler 300, needed a factory recall issue fixed & I would need to contact a local Chrysler dealership ASAP to have this issue fixed. I chose to contact Crown Chrysler located on Chapman Road in Chattanooga, TN to schedule my service appointment. I was able to schedule my recall service online through their easy & convenient website. Less than a week later I took my car to drop it off. Upon arrival I met with an extremely nice guy who was readily available to speak with me quickly to inform me about the process required and how long it should take to repair. I mentioned to Jeff Honeycutt, that I had an upcoming had already at my dentist in the next couple of hours that I already scheduled prior to scheduling my repair at Crown Chrysler. Jeff had a service man pull my car out of the garage while I was giving him my contact information. Mr. Honeycutt, advised me that the process would normally take about 2 .5 hours or more to complete the job, but he would see to it that my vehicle was priority & he assured me that he would do whatever necessary to have my vehicle completed so I would have no problem making my dental appointment timely. He gave me his business card & then proceeded to write my cell number down & tucked it into his shirt pocket to have it readily available when the job was completed. In less than 2 hours I received the call from Mr. Honeycutt stating the recall service on my vehicle was complete & he would get my documentation for the mandatory recall service prepared ready for me to sign & also have my copy of the no charge service invoice for my records. I arrived about 15 minutes later & was met at the service garage entrance by Mr. Honeycutt. I signed the necessary documents for services rendered as the service garage attendant handed my keys to me. My car was parked a few feet away ready for my departure to make my dental appointment. I did not purchase my vehicle with Crown Chrysler, however; I will not hesitate to use their service department if needed in the future. I was extremely impressed by Jeff Honeycutt & his attentive, professional work ethic. Thanks again More
