Liars Called early in the morning. I asked if the price was correctcon the internet. They said yes. I asked are you sure...they aked the manager he said yes Called early in the morning. When I got there, I asked again, before they removed it from the showroom. They said yes. We will honor the price. 2 hrs later, it went up 8 thousand dollars. Then wouldn't even give me rough trade in value on a flawless low mileage vehicle I bought there. Bought a 97 Wrangler, 02 liberty, 07 wrangler, 11 grand cherokee, 14 wrangler and 15 grand cherokee. BAIT CAR....LIARS.......WATCH OUT PEOPLE. More

UConnect System Failed after update I took my RAM 2500 in for some routine maintenance. The dealer offered to update the Connect radio and it got hung up in the upgrade process. Short I took my RAM 2500 in for some routine maintenance. The dealer offered to update the Connect radio and it got hung up in the upgrade process. Short story--it kept trying to update and rendered my truck useless. After a disappointing call to Chrysler Customer Service, Tim stepped up and got my radio fixed free of charge to me. He was very courteous and kept me updated over the process. Thanks Tim! More

Poor customer service it took three days for a brake job I took my jeep in early Monday morning to get my brakes checked/fixed. Late Monday afternoon they called and stated it needed rotors but they would h I took my jeep in early Monday morning to get my brakes checked/fixed. Late Monday afternoon they called and stated it needed rotors but they would have to order them from Atlanta. I said OK, they called back about an hour later and they would have to wait till tomorrow (Tuesday) to order the rotors because they missed the cutoff. I said OK go ahead and order them. They called and said that they would get right on it 1st thing Wednesday. Finally at 4:30pm on Wednesday I had to call them and they stated that the tech was just finishing up. When I went to pay somehow they double charged my bank account instead of one charge for $510.00 I had two charges showing. They gave me credit for one of them but it has not shown up yet. I am just glad I had enough in my account to cover both withdrawals. Really three days to do a brake job. Next time I go to Midas. More
