“Making me a customer for life” per manager Lee Johnson I purchased a new Ram 1500 (blackout package with all terrain tires) and noticed the tires were not balanced. My sales person, Daryl Lacy agreed with I purchased a new Ram 1500 (blackout package with all terrain tires) and noticed the tires were not balanced. My sales person, Daryl Lacy agreed with me and discussed the issue with sales manager Lee Johnson. After several unsuccessful attempts to fix this situation, Lee took control and made this situation right by mounting four new comparable or better tires which fixed this problem. Lee continued to follow up with me until I was satisfied/happy with my new Ram; as he said “ make me a customer for life.” I would also like to mention the helpfulness of manager Will Jones who coordinated the service.
