Dodge ram 1500 I called on a Friday morning yo schedule service on my truck. My truck was over heating really bad and customer service told me to bring it on in and I called on a Friday morning yo schedule service on my truck. My truck was over heating really bad and customer service told me to bring it on in and check in with Joshua Waller. When I arrived he checked my vehicle in and assured me that everything would be taking care of. I received a call around 2pm. My truck was fixed and ready to roll out. "Impeccable" customer service On Friday October 20, 2017 I arrived at Crown of Chattanooga for an oil change on my 2012 Fiat Sport. I have had my vehicle serviced here since I purc On Friday October 20, 2017 I arrived at Crown of Chattanooga for an oil change on my 2012 Fiat Sport. I have had my vehicle serviced here since I purchased my Fiat. The reason is the "Impeccable" customer service I consistently receive. Sounding like a broken record in this case, is a good thing. I can't say enough times how Judy McDowell is a customer service icon. She has got this down to a science. With her courteous, approachable, knowledgeable demeanor, she continues to provide the type of customer service that brings people back. P.S. I have to give a shout out to Lathon Biggs also.
