Major engine repair I originally came into the dealership to diagnose an engine misfire issue i had been having for a while and could never seem to get it fixed. Judy and I originally came into the dealership to diagnose an engine misfire issue i had been having for a while and could never seem to get it fixed. Judy and the tech dug into the problem and found that my heads were warped. Although this was bad news the team lead by Judy to research and repair my vehicle were amazing. Judy made sure i was informed of the progress consistently and if any problems arose. Judy also made sure i had a loaner car to drive while the repairs to my vehicle were being completed. Judy went above and beyond to research and cover all options with me as well. She did an outstanding job in regards to the repair on my truck as well as making sure i was inconvenienced as little as possible. More
