Great Customer Care Crown was more than helpful in selecting the perfect car for my husband and I. We came in on a Saturday that was very busy and no sales associates were available. The manager (Kenny) came out and proceeded to help us with any questions we had. He kept up with us over text and came back the next weekend. He set us up with Fulton Lewis which we love. He was an amazing salesman. He was very down to Earth and not pushy at all. He was definitely a God send when it comes to salesmen. Our experience with Fulton, Kenny, and Crown has been amazing. More

We had discussed a few vehicles over the phone prior to me entering the dealership and when I arrived he had the vehicles waiting at the front for me! I knew what I wanted when I walked in and Jim was great about making sure I got exactly what I came for! I would happily work with him again! The management team was also great and checked in periodically to see if I needed anything. I thought the financing part of buying a car would be boring and a little intimidating but Mark was hilarious and made working with the Jeep brand a great experience! I don't speak car, and knew very little about warranties before working with him. I left feeling comfortable with my purchase and have no buyers remorse! Thank you guys again for making purchasing my first brand new car an unforgettable experience!! More
