Terry is very easy to work with, he's very knowledgeable about the features on Rams and he's never at a loss for words. I would recommend Terry as your choice for a positive experience at Crown. We also had the pleasure of dealing with Mark Tanner for the signing ceremony for all of the reams of paperwork that goes with buying a new vehicle. Great customer service I recently had my oil changed and Taylor Simmons was my service advisor. Everything was handled in a time efficient and courteous manner. Taylor kept I recently had my oil changed and Taylor Simmons was my service advisor. Everything was handled in a time efficient and courteous manner. Taylor kept me updated on the status of my car and even ran it through the car wash! I am so thankful that Crowne has finally improved the service department and got a staff that actually acknowledges you when you come in instead of ignoring you completely. That says something for the new GM also! I have had my Jeep for a year and took it to Cleveland for service instead of Chattanooga because of the sorry service. THANK YOU CROWNE FOR THE IMPROVEMENT!! Mr Botts sent my wife an e-mail lambasting her for giving their dealership a bad review to Chrysler. *** Update to this review *** Mr Botts took my wife's private email that she provided to Chrysler, NOT to Mr. Botts, and he used that to contact her without anyone's permission. I spoke with him on the phone about this, and he did everything except for apologizing for an unauthorized contact. I only wanted him to admit that taking my wife's private email address that she NEVER provided to him, and using that as a means to contact her was inappropriate. He never would. More
