Judy LaChance could not have been better at calling to let me know when they had a batch of hitches in, meeting me when I got our vehicle there, and being second to none at being courteous, helpful, humorous (I can't stand a stale old fish can you?!), and just down right pleasant to be around. Before you know it, our Liberty was ready -- in UNDER an hour -- when I'd fully expected a good 2 hours to get that done.
