John and the service dept. My truck went into 4th gear when I was taking my Mom to doctor . It was Memorial day weekend coming up. He told me it would not get into shop until t My truck went into 4th gear when I was taking my Mom to doctor . It was Memorial day weekend coming up. He told me it would not get into shop until tuesday or wednesday. My mom was scheduled for heart surgery on the 29th. I had my daughter-in-law to come and pick up me and mom. On the way home John called and said that he was getting it in on Friday. He did but the service dept. ran out of time and since Monday was a holiday it was finished on Tuesday. I had my truck back and I took Mom to have her surgery. I am so very grateful for John and the service dept. My next truck will come from Crown also. Again thanks very much and GOD BLESS YOU. Also more good news, it was under warranty and didnt cost us out of pocket. More
