Just after purchasing my new Ram, I discovered an issue with the door locks which later would be found out to be a simple deprogramming from the vehicle's "shipping mode" . The very next buisiness morning, Chris met me at the dealership on his off-duty hours to introduce me to the service department and explain to them what was happening with the door locks. Now thats customer service. Thanks again Chris. Patricia Neal then did a great job of facilitating the reprogramming of the vehicle to "operation mode" thereby allowing the door locks to function properly . She was imformative, knowlegeable, and sincerely wanted the problem resolved. She then facilitated flawlessly getting my truck a final detail, diamond finish, and bedliner installation.Patricia, thanks for the great customer service. More
