My vehicle appears fixed. Previous dealer had it 4 months and it orked only 30 miles. Your crew had it going in two days and knew where he needed to go to getthe part from mercedes that Chrysler does not hav and it orked only 30 miles. I was given excellent attention and thorough description of the types of Jeep Wranglers available. Check engine light; Auto Zone ran scan on computer, Check engine light; Auto Zone ran scan on computer, showed bad Catlic Converter Efficiency 2/1 & 1/1..... they sent me to a local muffler shop....whe Check engine light; Auto Zone ran scan on computer, showed bad Catlic Converter Efficiency 2/1 & 1/1..... they sent me to a local muffler shop....when learning that I had only 50,000 miles on the odometer they told me to take it to the dealership as the CAT is covered for 80,000 miles. Expecting the normal run-around I dreaded going to a'DEALERSHIP'. When I arrived shortly after 1:00 pm I was suprised to be assisted at once and ask to return in the am. Again expecting the worst I was pleased to receive absolutely wonderful service, timely and happily fron the entire staff. The CAT cost (est=$1,00.00+) ***NO CHARGE*** NEVER HAVE I BEEN TREATED SO WELL AT ANY DEALERSHIP, AND I'VE DEALET WITH MANY. THANKS TO ALL INVOLVED.....GREAT DEALERSHIP!! More
