Mr Nichols thanks fir your response to my review. Sorry that i have not gotten back to you in this. This has been what i have had to deal No communication. Your manager told me it was approved and the part were being looked fir. He would follow up with me on it. I reach iut to him but he has not reach out to me. Brittney the service person assigned to my truck. She needs some serious training about customer service. My truck had the extended warranty on it but no one check about it fir over a month. I had to get Mopar involved and they had no record of the case. I was told several times that mopar had approved the repairs to find out that they have not been to your shop. Brittney told me it would cost me over 12000$ She had not even checked the warranty. I had to keep telling her that i had the extended warranty on my truck Also i asked about your dearlship helping me get it transferred to Hayes in Lawrenceville. They have service my truck for 7 years. I was told that i would have to pay to have it moved. No help from you. Talked to Mopar about this and they told me a dealer to dealer should have be the answer at no charge Only when i called back to speak to West did i really get customer service. West was out so the gave me to Ms Neal. She carred this through with communication and getting approved and parts order. It is now ready for pickup. I will be at your dealership today around 5:30 pm to pick it up. Ms Neal is a perfect employee for customer service. I look forward in meeting her today. You also if you have a minute. Regards Troy
