This my second time buying a car at Crown Eurocars in Pinellas Park Florida. I am very happy to share my experience there. The salesman Nicholas Luccia was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and professional (PKP) from beginning to end. I really got a great deal buying my GLC 300 which is a nice upgrade from my GLK 350 (the trade in money I got was very good). The car loan officer was also very PKP and I give him 5 stars as well. I strongly recommend buying a car CROWN EUROCARS. More

After a slow start to be acknowledged to get service-Frank steped up and got my oil service going. Service was pretty slow seeing I was the only person waiting for oil only-express says in about service-Frank steped up and got my oil service going. Service was pretty slow seeing I was the only person waiting for oil only-express says in about an hour or less - I waited 2 hours for oil only after having work done on car here 2 weeks prior. Luckily I did not need a rental or I would have had to get a loan-I was not reimbursed for the loaner when Crown Mercedes took 2 weeks due to the pandemic? to do work. I still stay loyal and I'm still waiting for the same! More
