I had a headlight burn out literally only a few minutes prior, and without hesitation, he initiated a service visit to replace the headlight, thusly ensuring the safety of my Mercedes SLK 350 on the road. I'm a long time customer of Crown Eurocars but until now I have only worked with Charlie Apple in the service department. It's because of Charlie that when my wife wanted a new car I looked to Crown as my first choice. Charlie, my service advisor, took the time to show me the car, explained the feature and specifications and then introduced me to Bianca Presti. Bianca was a pleasure to deal with. She went over the purchase details, answered all my questions and made the entire process a fun experience. She went over every detail of the vehicle, answered all my questions and even helped me program some of the features. Charlie followed along every step of the way to assist if needed. I regret that I don't recall the name of the young lady who handled the title work, she was also a pleasure to work with. The entire process was quick, thorough and pleasant. I would definitely recommend Bianca, Charlie and the entire team at Crown Eurocars. They have earned my future business. More

Great Service Experience I have a 2016 E400 Coupe. The front-end on that model is really low to the ground. Occasionally, it gets hung-up a curb stones in parking lots. Ove I have a 2016 E400 Coupe. The front-end on that model is really low to the ground. Occasionally, it gets hung-up a curb stones in parking lots. Over time, this has caused the front-end piece out of line. It is barely noticeable, but it bothered me. I went to a body shop and they quoted me $1,200 to fix it. I had been putting off getting it fixed. A couple of weeks ago, my car was in for an "A Service." When I picked up the car, my Service Adviser, Ryan Yeomans pointed to the front-end and said: "I can fix that for about $400." The next week, I scheduled an appointment with Ryan. The car came out perfect! Thank you Ryan for your pro-activeness and thanks for saving me $800. More

I was coming out of a 36 month lease on a 2016 E400 I have always had great experiences with Crown Eurocars, but recently they went above and beyond. I was coming out of a 36 month lease on a 2016 E400 Coupe. I loved the car, it was garage kept, still has warranty left and on has 13,000 miles on it. I really wanted to keep the car, but the buyout was more than the Blue Book value. Although it was in Sales Consultant Miroslav Ostojic's best interest to get me in a new car, he worked his magic and make the numbers work for me. In a year, I will be back to Crown, getting a new car. Thank you Miroslav! More
