Highly recommended I went to three different Honda dealers as well as a few other dealers looking for the car my wife and I wanted. Crown Honda gave us the best price an I went to three different Honda dealers as well as a few other dealers looking for the car my wife and I wanted. Crown Honda gave us the best price and treated us like they wanted our business. You may think this would be something they would all do but you would be wrong. One of the other Honda dealers (Westshore Honda) even quoted us a price that was $9,000 higher than some of the others and for a lesser trim package. The experience didn’t stop there. When we got the car home, I saw some small damage that I had not noticed before and so we did not make note of it in the sale. We expected them to claim that we had done this but Crown Honda did not miss a beat when I brought it to their attention. They were very quick to fix it at no cost to us. All of the Crown Honda staff we worked with were courteous and helped us get the car and options we were happy with and at a price we could afford. Frank Lovett specifically went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you, Frank, and thank you Crown Honda! More

Outstanding service James went the extra mile and had the car and papers all ready - we were test driving a ridgeline within 10 minutes of getting there. He then helped us negotiate an favorable deal on the car. He and his manager (Gene) were able to identify that I had missed asking for the locks for the tonneau cover and through their close attention to detail were able to help rectify a mistake I was about to make - gladly paid a little extra for the locks for the cover. The finance person (Wayne) also got us right thru the paperwork with no delay. Summary - every aspect of the operation was A+. I highly recommend them. Wes More

Great Customer Service Ever! Enver Bekric was fantastic to work with. He never made me feel pressured. We actually had some laughs during the process. He went to the sales manager with a crazy offer and got us a great deal and he goes out of the way to make sure your happy. He’s great in meeting your needs and really cares about you. He takes the time to show you all the features of the car and how it works, would be great if all dealership employees takes the time to do that. He would even answer calls even off duty to help you out with your car if you forget how to work something in it. He does not get frustrated with your even if he has to shown you something or explain the information over and over again, as he does not mind in helping his customers out. He really does go out of his way for you and consider you as family. He really does present great customer services, I would go to him! More
